The Division Bench of the High Court comprising Justices Ravinder Singh and Y C Gupta on Monday rejected the anticipatory bail plea of the MP. The Bench ordered him to surrender before the concerned court.

Since after the case lodged, the MP has gone underground and has been evading arrest. The local police also raided his home in the district last week but he successfully gave a slip to the raiding team.
