Riyadh : The Israeli attack on the Gaza Strip is a “humanitarian crisis” and its continuation will bring more feeling of sorrow in the region, said Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan here on Saturday.
Erdogan told the press before leaving Saudi Arabia that the world could not stand still and not react to what was occurring in the Gaza Strip.
Using brutal force against the innocent was unacceptable and the international community should do something about the situation, he said.
The official said that he affirmed to the Saudi King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz that Turkey would use all means to end the Israeli aggression on Gaza, especially after Turkey has become a non-permanent member of the UNSC.
