Jammu : Two militants and two policemen were killed in a gunbattle in the frontier district of Jammu and Kashmir Tuesday, police said.
The gunbattle began in the afternoon in the Kallar forest of Rajouri and is still continuing, a police official said.
The gunbattle comes close on the heels of a major firefight in the Mendhar forest of Poonch district that went on for eight days and left five people dead – two militants and three security personnel.
