Islamabad : Three alleged terrorists have been arrested in Pakistan’s Punjab province, private TV channel Dawn News reported Thursday.
The Dawn News quoted the capital city police officer (CCPO) of Punjab’s capital city Lahore, Parvez Rathore, as saying that the three alleged terrorists were planning sectarian violence in Pakistan.
He said that the three alleged terrorists were trained by India’s Research and Analysis Wing and were involved in a number of explosions.
Parvez Rathore said they crossed the border seven times and confessed to documenting some important assets of the banned organisation Jamaat-ud-Dawa, which was their next target.
