Tehran : Tajikistan’s Minister of Education Abdujabbor Rahmonov said on Wednesday that Muslims of the world are proud of Iran’s achievements in the fields oif technology and science.
Rahmonov made the remarks in a meeting in the Tajik capital of Dushanbe with the secretary of an exhibition which is to be held in Tajikistan by Iran on May.
The exhibition is to start its work in Dushanbe on May 18 to put on display Iran’s latest educational, research, cultural and technological achievemtns.
The event will be held on the sidelines of an international conference on the achievemtns made by Iranian universities students and its academics.
Rahmonov referred to the launch of Iranian Omid (Hope) satellite as well as the country’s progress in finding access to the peaceful nuclear energy as major breakthroughs made by Iranian scientists.
He expressed hope that Tehran would share its experiences with Dushanbe in various scientific fields.
Rahmonov also hoped that Tehran and Dushanbe would promote bilateral cooperation by puting on display Iran’s culltural, scientific and technological achievements in Tajikistan.
