Mumbai : A special court Wednesday charged Pakistani terrorist Ajmal Amir Kasab with waging war against India for the Nov 26 terror attack in Mumbai.
The special court, hearing Mumbai terror attack cases, accepted 86 charges police have levied against the lone surviving terrorist of the Mumbai carnage.
Kasab pleaded not guilty to the charges framed against him.
Charges have also been framed against Faheem ansari and Sabauddin Ahmed – the two suspected Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists – who are accused of involvement in conspiring to carry out the Mumbai terror attack, which killed over 170 people last year.
