Patna : Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) chief and Steel Minister Ram Vilas Paswan was Saturday trailing behind Ram Sundar Das of the Janata Dal-United (JD-U) in Bihar’s Hajipur parliamentary constituency, poll officials said.
After two round of counting, Paswan was behind Das by 12,000 votes but by the time four rounds were over the margin had increased to 21,000.
Hajipur is the constituency from Paswan has won earlier with a world-record margin.
