By IANS,

According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), the humidity level recorded in the capital Sunday was over 64.7 percent. The maximum temperature was 42.4 degrees Celsius.

The minimum temperature was two degrees above average, at 29.3 degrees Celsius.

“The humidity will remain high over the next few days due to the easterly winds,” a Met official said.

The maximum temperature is expected to hover around 43 degrees Celsius and the minimum is likely to be around 30 degree Celsius over the next few days.
