Kolkata : A suspected Maoist, Shibu Murmu, has been arrested from Arambagh area of West Bengal’s Hooghly district, police said Saturday.
Murmu, a leader of the People’s Committee Against Police Atrocities (PCAPA), was nabbed for his alleged links with the Leftist radical organisation.
Murmu was produced before the Khatra sub-division court Saturday and remanded in three days police custody.
