Islamic laws can undergo timely analysis: Js CK Abdul Raheem

By TwoCircles.net Staff Correspondent,

Kochi: Even though Muslim laws are basically faultless, scholars should think whether timely changes could be made to them, opined Js CK Abdul Raheem of the Kerala High Court. He added that such analysis should not violate the limits put by the principles of law. He was inaugurating the discussion on the topic ‘Laws of Inheritance in Islam and the Mohammedan Law’. The discussion was organised in Calicut by the ‘Justcia’, an organisation of lawyers in Kerala.
