Thimphu : Pakistan Wednesday said it had proposed talks between Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani and his Indian counterpart Manmohan Singh on the sidelines of the 16th SAARC summit here but New Delhi did not respond.
“This meeting was part of our roadmap which was given to India in New York by Foreign Minister (Shah Mehmood Qureshi) to his Indian counterpart (S.M. Krishna)
