New Delhi : The national capital Wednesday saw a cloudy and windy morning, bringing some relief from the humid weather. The weather officials forecast light showers during the day.
Delhi recorded a minimum temperature of 27.2 degrees Celsius, which was normal for this season.
“There will generally be cloudy skies with one or two spells of rain or thundershowers towards evening. The maximum temperature is expected to hover around 34 degrees Celsius,” said an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
The capital received rainfall of 0.3 mm in the past 24 hours. Humidity was recorded at 86 percent.
Delhi has recorded a total of 315.8 mm of rainfall so far this year, one percent more than the average.
