Curfew will be imposed tomorrow, BOSE announce examination calendar

Srinagar:* According to District Magistrate Srinagar there will be curfew in few areas of Srinagar tomorrow on 25 August following under the police stations of Batamloo, Bemina, Qamarwari, Kralkhud, Nowhatta, Khanyar, M.R.
Gunj, Safakadal, Maisuma, Shaheedgunj and Abi-guzar area of Police Station, Kothibagh.

Curfew will be enforcing from morning 6 am till further orders.

However, the law enforcing agencies have been advised to allow the government employees on showing their departmental identity cards. They
shall also regulate movement of patients and attendants on production of their identity cards.

Meanwhile, Jammu & Kashmir Board of School Education has announced examination calendar for ensuing annual (regular) examinations 2010 of
different classes for Kashmir division.

As per the revised notification issued by the Director Academics of the Board, the class 10th examination will be held in 2nd week of October while as class 12th from 4th week of October.

The T1 examination of class 11th will be held in 2nd week of October while its T2 examination will be conducted by the concerned class teachers of the respective schools as per their convenient dates.

The scheduled of examination to safeguard the interest of the student so that they do not remain beyond any other division appear in subsequent competition examination with State and national level examination with out wasting any academic session.
