New Delhi: Condemning the Varanasi blast, Home Minister P.Chidambaram Tuesday termed it an “attempt to disturb peace and harmony”.
“It is an attempt to disturb peace and harmony by misguided groups,” Chidmabaram said in a statement.
A small girl was killed and at least 20 people were injured in a blast during the aarti ritual at Varanasi’s Shitala Ghat Tuesday evening.
