New Delhi : The Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) has asked all ministries to submit details of major contracts for the past three months for scrutiny, an official said Tuesday.
A reminder has been sent to all the chief vigilance officers (CVOs) of all the ministries, asking them to give details of all contracts (including tenders) and civil works done, a commission official said.
“The ministries, mainly dealing with information technology, electronics and telecommunications works, have been directed to comply with its order,” the official said.
The CVC has also sought details of civil and electrical works done by the ministries.
The anti-corruption watchdog has specifically asked for details on high-value projects, payment details, contractor details, third party examination report and tender documents.
