Dammam (Saudi Arabia): “Health is really a grace of God and one must take utmost care of his health”, said Brother Abussamad while inaugurating the two week long health campaign ‘Healthy People Healthy Nation’ by India Fraternity Forum (IFF) at Apsara Auditorium, Al-Khobar.
Indian expatriates must take full advantage of the Medical/Insurance Card, opined Dr. Shakeel Chisty who was speaking on health campaign inauguration. Dr. Shakeel Chisty explained audience about insurance card & its usage. He told that with the approval from the Insurance company one can avail the surgery/operation in his hometown. He also provided many useful information and instructions to keep the health free from deceases. There was a Q&A session in which Dr. Chisty cleared all questions of audience.
On this occasion Dr. Chisty released a handbook “Exercise & Health” & also free medical check-up coupon.
The main purpose of the campaign is to bring health awareness among Indian expatriates especially low earning employees who are in lack of knowledge of root cause of these deceases and in need of knowing their present physical conditions.
During presidential speech Mr. Imthiyaz, told about the upcoming programs of health campaign which include Health Awareness program for ladies by Dr. Aparna Ahmed, Gynaecologist on 19th Friday, 2010 at Paragon Auditorium, Dammam @4pm, Free distribution of handbook “Exercise & Health” in Dammam, Khobar, Al-Hasa, Jubail, Naariya and Khafj areas & distribution of free health check up coupons which include Sugar, Blood Pressure and Cholesterol check-up. He requested all to participate and take full advantage of this campaign.

Earlier, Muhammed Iqbal gave a short preface of program and welcomed the gathering. The program began with the recitation of the Qur’an by Brother Basheer & vote of thanks was given by Brother Rafeeq. The program was anchored by Muhammed Iqbal & was witnessed by a large number of people.
