Common admission test for engineering, medical courses by 2013

New Delhi : The Human Resource Development ministry is expecting to introduce a single entrance examination system for admission into all professional educational institutes like engineering and medical colleges in the country.

“By 2013 we should have in place a common system for common admission into professional institutions in the country,” Human Resource Development Minister Kapil Sibal said Tuesday.
