New Delhi: Sunday will be rather warm and cloudy in the national capital after a cool Saturday, the meteorological office said.
Delhiites Saturday woke up to a bright morning with the maximum temperature settling at 25.5 degrees Celsius, the average for this time of the season while the minimum was recorded at 9.7 degrees Celsius, a notch below the average.
“The temperatures have been below average over the past few days and the chill has remained because of the cool northwesterly winds blowing through the capital,” an IMD official said.
The met office said that Sunday would be warmer with the maximum and minimum temperatures hovering around 27 degrees Celsius and 12 degrees Celsius, respectively.
“There will be mist in the morning and the sky will be cloudy later during the day,” the official said.
