Yuki, Prakash in second round of Chennai Open qualifiers

Chennai : Indias top junior Yuki Bhambri, the 17-year old from Delhi, along with Prakash Amritraj, advanced to the second round of the qualifying competition at the $400,000 Aircel Chennai Open tennis tournament here Saturday.

Bhambri, though nowhere near his best, still carried enough ammunition to beat compatriot Ranjeet Virali-Murugesan 7-5, 6-4, while 26-year old Amritraj ousted Vishnu Vardhan 7-5, 6-3.
