New Delhi : The Export Promotion Council for Handicrafts (EPCH) will hold a special show July 9-11 in the national capital region as part of its efforts to tap the $16.3 billion world market of fashion jewellery and accessories.
The show, to be held at India Expo Mart and Centre in Greater Noida, will display fashion jewellery, semi-precious fashion jewellery, fashion accessories, fancy shoes and embroidered fashion accessories.
Around 150 manufacturers and exporters will take part in the three-day event, which will provide an opportunity to buyers from across the globe to source products displayed under one roof from all over the country.
EPCH Chairman Raj Kumar Malhotra said although India exports fashion jewellery to several countries in Europe, Asia and the Americas, its share is very negligible. Therefore, there is a need to make vigorous efforts to increase exports from India.
