Justice Aruna Suresh said that all the issues in the paternity suit will be framed on July 30 and the court will also hear the plea filed by Tiwari demanding changes in the paternity suit.

Earlier, the petitioner Rohit Shekhar, who claimed that he was born out of a relationship between his mother Ujjwala Sharma and Tiwari, Thursday filed photographs, CDs and other documents related to the case with the high court’s joint registrar.

The counsel, appearing for the 84-year-old Tiwari, however rejected the authenticity of the documents and the photographs in which Tiwari was seen with Rohit and his mother Ujjwala Sharma.

The apex court had May 10 dismissed the appeal filed by Tiwari challenging the high court’s decision to adjudicate the paternity suit.

In an affidavit filed in the court, the veteran leader had hit back at Sharma, who is also a Congress leader, and her son, saying he did not have and never had any physical relationship with her and there is no question of undergoing a DNA test.

Earlier, the high court had also dismissed the plea by Tiwari who sought dismissal of the petition on the grounds that it was filed 31 years after the petitioner was born in order to malign his character.

Tiwari had to resign as governor after he was purportedly shown in a sting operation to be in a compromising position with three women in the Hyderabad Raj Bhavan.
