New Delhi : The India-Pakistan talks have not “collapsed”, Foreign Secretary Nirupama Rao said Friday, adding that the dialogue process between the two nations “must go on”.
Rao told CNN-IBN news channel that Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi’s caustic remarks about External Affairs Minister Friday had come as “a real surprise” for India.
