Application invited from minority youths for coaching centres for police job

Patna: Bihar government has invited applications from Minority youths to join the free coaching centres started to provide them with physical and academic trainings for two months to crack test for recruitment in security forces in the state.

Bihar government has allotted Rs. 1.26 crore for starting the coaching centres in nine districts- Patna, Ara, Bhagalpur, Gaya, Siwan, Motihari, Sitamarhi, Samastipur, Kishanganj- to increase the number of Minority youths in police. Every centre would have 200 candidates and the government will spend Rs. 7000 on each candidate. But candidates will have to arrange for their food and accommodation on their own.

The youths who applied for 2010 police recruitment will be eligible to join the coaching centres. The scheme is going to be functioning under the provision of Ministry of Minority Welfare, Bihar government with the help of Maulana Mazharul Haque Arabic and Persian University, Patna.

The last date for filling the form to join coaching centres is 10th March 2010.
