PTF president Dilawar Abbas, who is also a senator, said Pakistan will suffer substantial losses because of the shifting of the Davis Cup Asian Oceania Group-II semi-final against New Zealand from Lahore.

“We will demand at least $30,000 from ITF,” Abbas told Geo Super sports channel. “We have also asked the ITF to give us a choice of neutral venue for Pakistan`s Davis Cup ties.”

ITF and the Davis Cup committee have shifted this July’s Pakistan Davis Cup tie to New Zealand due to security concerns.
