New Delhi : Justice Sarosh Homi Kapadia Wednesday took over as the 38th chief justice of India. He was administered the oath of the office by President Pratibha Patil.
Born Sep 29, 1947, only months after India’s independence, Chief Justice Kapadia was elevated to the Supreme Court Dec 18, 2003.
