New Delhi : An overcast sky will envelop Delhi for most part of the day Tuesday with a possibility of thundershowers in the later part, the met department said. The minimum temperature was five notches above the average.
“There was a shallow fog in the morning and then a cloud cover. That’s why the minimum temperature is high – five degrees above the average – at 14.6 degrees Celsius,” an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official said.
“There is also a possibility of rain or thundershowers later in the day,” the official added.
The maximum temperature is expected to hover around 23 degrees. The humidity recorded at 8.30 a.m. was a high 90 percent.
