New Delhi : Delhi Traffic Police Thursday challaned 12 vehicles for entering the lanes reserved for the Commonwealth Games vehicles.
“No notices have been sent today and no vehicles were impounded,” a police official said.
The traffic police have issued 2312 challans since the restrictions came into effect Sep 23. A total of 315 notices have been issued and 29 vehicles have been impounded.
The restrictions will continue till Oct 16. The violators are imposed a fine of Rs.2,000.
