United Bank of India Q2 net profit up 30.9 percent

Kolkata: Public sector bank United Bank of India (UBI) posted a net profit of Rs.109.74 crore for the second quarter (July-September) of the current fiscal (2010-11), which is up by 30.9 percent, a bank statement said here Monday.

The net interest margin of the bank stood at 3.04 percent against 2.10 percent in September 2009.
