Islamabad : Over 12,000 tents have been distributed in Pakistan’s flood-hit Sindh province, authorities said.
The National Disaster Management Authority distributed the relief items including 12,700 tents, three water purification plants and 23,000 family ration packs to the flood-affected people in Sindh, reported Associated Press of Pakistan.
The relief goods have been distributed in the inundated districts of Badin, Tando Muhammad Khan and Mirpur Khas besides the badly damaged Mithi town in Tharparker district.
The Sindh government arranged for 13,300 tents.
