The other two Dilli Haat are located opposite the INA Market in south Delhi and at Pitampura in northwest Delhi.
The Janakpuri haat is expected to be eco-friendly and will be designed to facilitate differently-abled people, an official said.
It is planned in two pockets which would have 131 craft shops, 29 air conditioned shops, a hall, an auditorium, an amphitheatre, a food court, five music towers, a museum, a coffee house, an art gallery, an information centre, party lawns and a youth hostel.
The project is expected to finish by 2013.
