New Delhi : Social activist Anna Hazare, whose fast for a stronger anti-graft bill continued for the 11th day Friday, has lost 7 kg weight and was recommended to take proper rest to remain stable, his doctors said.
“We are a bit worried about his health but he is stable. Anna Hazare has lost 7 kg of weight. We are strictly monitoring his health condition and we will give you the details of his health,” said Dr Naresh Trehan who is heading the doctors’ team monitoring Anna’s health.
According to an activist of India Against Corruption, Hazare, on the 11th day of his fast, was a bit subdued as he was recommended to take proper rest.
“He is resting as much as he can as the doctors have recommended to him to do so,” the IAC activist told IANS.
