Gopalganj: One woman tourist died while many others injured when a tourist bus carrying 40 Sri Lankans overturned and slipped to a deep creek yesterday here. The incident took place when the driver of the bus lost balance near Sonbarsa village under Barauli police station in Gopalganj district. The tourist bus was coming from Kushinagar district of Utter Pradesh and was on way to Muzaffarpur district of Bihar.
In the incident Ms. K N Kamla died on the spot while others were rushed to the hospital with serious injuries where they are under treatment. While 13 people who were in critical condition were referred to Patna Medical College and Hospital (PMCH).
