But now there is a good news for people of Bihar, as the state government has started a helpline to solve such problems. The number of the helpline which has been named Jigyasa (curiosity), is 0612-2233333.
If anyone has any work related to Bihar government’s departments but doesn’t have any idea, where to go and whom to contact, then s/he can call the helpline to get the information about exact department and person. Besides, one can also get the phone numbers of the all government departments and related officers from this helpline, which will be at service from 8 am to 8 pm every day.
