Singapore: India’s Somdev Devvarman and South African Rik De Voest rallied to beat wildcard pair of Dmitry Tursunov of Russia and Chinese Taipei’s Jimmy Wang to enter the men’s doubles semifinal of the Singapore ATP Challenger here Friday.
Somdev and De Voest overcame Tursunov and Wang 6-4, 3-6, 10-7. They now play second seeds Sonchai and Sonchat Ratiwatana of Thailand in the semifinals.
Somdev Thursday advanced to the singles quarterfinals, where he meets Slovakia’s Andrej Martin.
