Referring to Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh’s recent statement on Kashmir, Khar said his Pakistani counterpart has already made clear Islamabad’s stance on the issue.

“We do not believe in reactionary diplomacy and (will) reply at the right time,” the News International quoted her as saying at the Foreign Service Academy.

While reacting to the latest situation in the terror-riven state during an interaction with a group of editors in New Delhi, Manmohan Singh June 29 said: “We hope Pakistan will leave Kashmir alone, because they have their own share of internal problems.”
