Lucknow: Whenever any blast or terrorist activity took place in India, people of the Pakistan have always condemned such incidents as innocent people loose their lives in such incidents and after all “we are neighbours,” said Saeeda Diep, a noted human rights activist from Pakistan.

“There is no difference between people of Pakistan and India as before partition they used to live on one soil,” Diep added. She is presently in Lucknow on a peace visit.

She expressed her anguish at the fact that she won’t be able to visit Mumbai to express her solidarity with people of Mumbai as she hasn’t been granted visa for Mumbai.

While condemning serial blasts in Mumbai, Diep said that linking kasab’s birthday to the tragic blasts, was the worst thing done to add sensation to the tragedy.

”had I been in Pakistan, I would have called up all the social activists at once place to express solidarity with the people of Mumbai,” she added.
