New Delhi : Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J. Jayalalithaa left for Chennai in a special aircraft Tuesday afternoon after meeting Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.
The AIADMK chief was on a two-day visit to the capital – her first trip here after assuming office for a third term since 1991.
Jayalalithaa met Manmohan Singh for about 20 minutes at the latter’s 7 Race Course Road residence Tuesday morning. She discussed important matters concerning the state with him and also addressed a press conference.
