New Delhi: Saroj Poddar-led group companies, including Zuari Industries, Texmaco and Paradeep Phosphates, will be unified under a new corporate brand Adventz with plans to invest almost $2 billion in four years, the group chairman said here Wednesday.
“We are re-positioning the group companies under a unified corporate banner namely – Adventz,” Poddar said.
Poddar-led group comprises 21 companies including joint ventures and subsidiaries operating in diverse areas such as fertilizers, heavy industry, engineering services, consumer durables, real estate and financial services.
“The birth of Adventz is based on four fundamental principles: collaboration, sustainability, inclusiveness and being global,” said Poddar.
Officials said the group companies planned to invest almost $2 billion over the next four years on several projects including fertiliser and gas projects in Karnataka and in retail, real estate and financial sectors in other parts of the country.
