New Delhi: The number of students in Delhi who were caught using unfair means in this year’s Central Board of Secondary Education’s (CBSE) Class 12 examinations has gone up though there was no change in the country-wide total, a CBSE spokesperson said Monday.
“The number of cheating cases for Delhi has increased from 6 to 9. Overall, there has been no change in the number of cases for all the seven regions,” the spokesperson said.
The number of cheating cases from all over the country registered last year was 43, and it remained unchanged this year.
The highest number of students caught with unfair means was from the Allahabad region (12), followed by Panchkula (11).
