New Delhi: In a letter to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, Anna Hazare Tuesday said he would resume his agitation if a strong Lokpal bill is not passed in the upcoming winter session of parliament.
“If a strong Lokpal bill is not passed in the winter session, I will start my movement from the last day of (the) winter session,” Hazare wrote in his letter.
The social activist said he had ended his August fast on the assurance of the prime minister of a strong Lokpal bill.
The winter session of parliament will begin Nov 22 and conclude Dec 21.
