Kieran Powell made 81, Marlon Samuels 61 and Kirk Edwards 86.
Fidel Edwards (7) and Devendra Bishoo (2) were at the crease.
Off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin took four wickets and debutant fast bowler Varun Aaron got three.
