UAE, Pakistan hold talks on bilateral relations

Islamabad : The United Arab Emirates and Pakistan discussed bilateral relations and cooperation here Saturday.

UAE Ambassador to Pakistan Eissa Abdullah Al Basha Al Naimi and Pakistani Minister for Water and Power Syed Naveed Qamar, during their meeting, also discussed cooperation in the areas of energy and environment.

Qamar, in his remarks at the meeting, said the projects which are run by the UAE in Pakistan reflect the deep historical relations and the interest of President Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan in rapidly responding to humanitarian pleas to support the people of Pakistan in all circumstances.

The UAE ambassador reiterated his country’s interest in furthering relations with Pakistan in all spheres.
