Maulana Azad Engg. College holds seminar on entrepreneurship development

Patna: A seminar on the topic of Entrepreneurship Development was organized at Maulana Azad College of Engineering & Technology in Patna on 18th September. Final year students participated in the seminar which was arranged by an NGO Naya Prayas Foundation which is working with EDI (Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India).

Mr. Amit Kumar, industrialist, spoke their experience as an entrepreneur. Mr. Gurav Sankrityayan, Director, NPF and Mr. Virender Singh from Reserve Bank of India also spoke on benefits of Entrepreneurship.

Addressing the students, former Professor and Head of the Dept. of English, Patna University, Mr. S.S. Prasad explained how language is important in entrepreneurship development.

Students of Final year, teachers and Director of the institution also showed their interest in the program. Students who are willing to go for small project after completion of courses or in future for full time business learned lot at the daylong seminar.

Meanwhile, the students of Maulana Azad College of Engineering and Technology, who were selected in campus interview by Adept World Software, Bangalore on 10th July 2011, have got joining letter now, informed M. Sabih Akhtar, Public Relations Officer, Patna.
