ACAAI, the national association representing the air cargo industry in India, promotes growth, development and professionalism in the Indian cargo agency business.
Vikram Jaisinghani, chief executive officer (CEO) of GMR Hyderabad International Airport Ltd. (GHIAL), which operates RGIA, in a statement said it was an honour and a prestigious moment for RGIA to be nominated and recognised by customers and stakeholders across the spectrum.
“The award further motivates us to achieve many more milestones towards our vision of transforming RGIA into a logistic hub of India,” he said.
A new upgraded cargo apron was recently inaugurated at RGIA, which can now accommodate more number of Code-F and heavier cargo aircraft and also reduce ground time for freighters.
