New Delhi: The Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) Saturday blamed “the total administrative failure” in Delhi for the gang-rape and death of a young woman.
The VHP expressed “deep sorrow” over the death early Saturday in Singapore of the 23-year-old woman who was raped and tortured here Dec 16. She was shifted to Singapore from Delhi’s Safdarjung Hospital.
“Her demise is painful and shameful to every citizen of this country,” a VHP statement said.
