Hisar (Haryana) : Police have arrested a man for seriously injuring another man for daring to drink water from the earthern pot of an upper caste family, a Haryana official said Thursday.
The incident occurred in Daulatpur village in Hisar district.
A case had been slapped against Rajender. The victim has been identified as Rajesh, a labourer who suffered head injuries.
Hisar Deputy Commissioner Amit Kumar Aggarwal said Rajesh would get free treatment.
