Lucknow: Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) MLA from Hastinapur of Meerut district, Yogesh Verma joined Peace Party of India (PPI) on Sunday.
National general secretary of the party, Akhilesh Singh while admitting Verma in party fold stated that he will also be given ticket from Hastinapur assembly constituency which he represents currently.
Mr. Verma was expelled from BSP and was denied ticket.While joining Peace Party, Mr. Verma charged that BSP Government resorted to worst atrocities on Dalits in Meerut and other parts of the State.
