New Delhi: Jamiat Ulama-I-Hind (Arshad Madani group) has decided to offer legal help to the Bihar youths arrested in last two months in connection with some unsolved terror cases. The Legal Cell of the Jamiat will provide full legal support to the seven youths who and whose families claim innocent.
Maulana Arshad Madani has said that families of these youths met him and sought help. The Legal Cell of Jamiat studied their cases and decided to extend help. Whether they are guilty or innocent, it will be decided by court, so before that, calling them terrorists will be wrong, Maulana Madani said.
The families of Mohd. Qateel Siddiqui, Gauhar Aziz Khamini, Gayur Ahmed Jamali, Mohd Irshad Khan, Abdur Rahman, Aftab Alam and Naquee Ahmed have sought help of Jamiat. The youths have not been charge-sheeted so far. They have been picked in several terror cases including Delhi High Court blast, blasts outside Chinnaswami Stadium.
Their families say they are innocents, so they should get chance to put their point. The legal cell will provide full legal help to them, the maulana said.
