New Delhi : A man, arrested for allegedly working as an agent for a Pakistani intelligence agency, was Wednesday sent to judicial custody till Aug 8 by a Delhi court.
Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Vinod Yadav sent Zubair Khan to judicial custody after police told the court that they did not want to question him further.
Police apprehended Zubair July 18 from south Delhi.
According to police, Zubair disclosed that he was working for an intelligence agency of Pakistan and was in contact with an official of the Pakistan High Commission in New Delhi.
Police have recovered from him documents and photographs related to the Indian Army.
