Bareilly: Azam Khan warns administration over laxity in tackling violence

Lucknow: UP Minister for Minorities Welfare Mr. Mohammad Azam Khan on Thursday once again made fervent appeal to Bareilly people for maintaining peace and order. He asked district and police administration to strictly keep the mobsters at bay, and laxity in this regard wont’ be tolerated.

Khan expressed profound grief and anguish over the death of a youth in violent incidents three days back in Bareilly. Condemning such types of violent incidents, he asserted that “evil designs of mischievous elements would not be allowed to succeed and they would be dealt with severely.”

Mr. Khan urged upon the district and police administration of Bareilly “to strictly keep the mobsters at bay and restore peace and order in the city at the earliest. Any further laxity in this regard would not be tolerated.”

The Minister in a statement on 26th July once again fervently appealed to the people of Bareilly to remain on guard against rumour mongering and act with utmost patience in order to keep their life and property intact. He also urged upon the peace loving people of Bareilly to fully cooperate in maintaining peace and order and prevent rumour mongering.
